These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to your use of this website while NutBit is getting ready to launch. If you use the NutBit app, including as a beta tester, the Terms of Use for the app apply to that use as well.

1. What this website offers

At the moment this website lets you read about NutBit, join the waitlist, sign up to test the beta app, answer a short poll and contact us. Joining the waitlist or signing up for the beta is free of charge and you are not asked for payment or bank details.

Signing up does not guarantee a place in the beta or access to the app at launch, and we may change when and how NutBit is released.

2. Eligibility

NutBit is for people aged 18 and over. Please do not use the sign-up forms if you are under 18.

3. Not financial advice

NutBit is a savings-habit tracker. It is not a bank or a financial institution, and it does not hold, move or invest money. Nothing on this website is financial advice.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the website for any unlawful purpose.
• Submit false details, or details that belong to someone else, through the forms.
• Use automated tools to submit the forms, or try to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the website or its services.

5. Our content

The NutBit name, the Dip and Tuck characters, and the text, images and videos on this website belong to NutBit or are used with permission. Please do not copy or reuse them without asking us first.

6. Disclaimer and liability

The website is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent permitted by law, NutBit is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the website. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law.

7. Your data

How we handle personal data collected through this website is explained in our Privacy Policy.

8. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms, for example when the NutBit app launches. We will post the updated version here and revise the "Last updated" date.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hungary. If you use this website as a consumer, this does not take away the protection you have under the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in the courts of that country or of Hungary. Details of who runs NutBit are in our legal notice.
